Hi, I'm Mark Nickell.
I started Solid Ground Rentals in 2015 after careers in banking, commercial lending, and public administration. Twelve years and 22 homes later, the formula hasn't changed: buy solid houses in solid neighborhoods, keep them in great shape, and treat tenants the way I'd want to be treated.
My daughter Olivia helps run the day-to-day — tenant communication, leases, and maintenance coordination — so there's always someone responsive on the other end.
